We called Potts Locksmiths as a downstairs double glazed window lock had broken so it could not be locked. Shane was extremely helpful, diagnosed the problem over the phone and then talked us through how to fix it step by step. Shane was very patient and went above and beyond what we could have expected. We cannot thank him enough for his time, expertise and friendly manner. We could not recommend him more highly.

My front door lock suddenly broke I made a call to this company I was told he would be in a hour. Shane turned up within the hour and within 10 minutes had rectified the issue Prompt Professional and definitely knew his onions!! I would definitely use this company again.
