We called Potts Locksmiths as a downstairs double glazed window lock had broken so it could not be locked. Shane was extremely helpful, diagnosed the problem over the phone and then talked us through how to fix it step by step. Shane was very patient and went above and beyond what we could have expected. We cannot thank him enough for his time, expertise and friendly manner. We could not recommend him more highly.

Very happy with the service. Back door lock was broken, with key spinning in lock. Shane attended same day and was quick and efficient in removing the old lock and replacing with new. Very professional service. Would highly recommend.

First class service from a true professional, I knew about Shane's excellent reputation so didn't hesitate to call him after our back door wouldn't open. Shane identified the issue immediately and had the door open and repaired before I could finish my coffee. Highly recommended.

Friendly, highly responsive and efficient, Shane quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with my front door lock after I???d accidentally tried it with the wrong key and caused it to jam. He was recommended to me and I have no hesitation to commend Potts to anyone.
