Excellent service from start to finish. This is by far the best gas safety inspection company I have used in over 10 years. Communication was excellent throughout. I was given a clear time slot in advance, and the engineer arrived exactly as promised. The inspection was carried out professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The engineer was also very friendly, polite, and happy to answer any questions. The inspection report was provided promptly after the visit, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy boiler and gas safety inspection service.

They did a gas service for me, I thought there was an issue, they came back as was warranty within the one month, checked everything again. The engineer was extremely patient and checked everything again and reassured me. I trusted in his knowledge and thought what he said made sense. The company also kept upto date when the engineer would visit via text. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for engineers

The engineer was great and gave me a good insight to the issue of water going hot and cold. Unfortunately the resolve is not covered under the policy, always a small print. With a severly disabled woman who needs to prep for a long tine to shower and faces an abrupt water temperature going to freezing for 5 minutes Not sure what I can do ? Engineer did what he could

Excellent service by a very experienced, friendly and knowledgable engineer. Explained everything clearly and gave some great tips to keep our boiler in good working order in future.

Absolutely first class company. Have used them several times. Office staff courteous and helpful and provide great service. Will always try and get you a visit as quickly as possible. Engineer visits always satisfactory and get things up and running very quickly - no mess. Nothing but high praise for Gasprom.
