   They did a gas service for me, I thought there was an issue, they came back as was warranty within the one month, checked everything again. The engineer was extremely patient and checked everything again and reassured me. I trusted in his knowledge and thought what he said made sense.    The engineer was great and gave me a good insight to the issue of water going hot and cold. Unfortunately the resolve is not covered under the policy, always a small print. With a severly disabled woman who needs to prep for a long tine to shower and faces an abrupt water temperature going to freezing for 5 minutes Not sure what I can do ? Engineer did what he could
