Mr Joy came some days before because there was an issue with my boiler and he fixed it but a few days later the same problem happened. He came today and he re-fixed everything with no cost. I strongly prefer this company because they are very good and they even come when they are closed honestly it???s a great company! Usman.

I had a full central heating system power flush. I can say that these guys are professional and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time and carried out the work in a competent manner. I would definitely recommend them..(five star ??????????????? service).

Called out initially as an emergency on 27/12 as my mums central heating boiler had stopped working. Arrived within the hour and tried to sort the problem. It needed a spare part which was ordered. Tried again to sort the problem on the Sunday but the age and condition of the boiler made further repair impossible. He didn???t charge for the spare part or the 2hrs spent trying to fix the boiler. We decided to go for a new boiler, he provided 4 quotes for various boiler options. Agreed on a price. Boiler delivered on 29th. Fitted on 31st and finished the job off on 1/1/26. Excellent service, really clean installation. Very polite and pleasant engineers. Would definitely use again.

I have been needing Joy's plumbing services for a variety of my property portfolio. He has always been on time, addressing the issues quickly and solution oriented. I'd suggest anyone to call him related to any plumbing related issues and they wouldn't be disappointed. Please refer to the failure we had in attached pictures where he needed to do power flush and change of filter. Thank you.

Professional repair carried out, fault was investigated and found quickly. Engineer pointed out the fault and explained exactly what had happened. He then gave a breakdown of repair costs and arranged collection of parts. Attended the following day and installed a new PCB and tested . All in all very happy with service provided.
