   Called out initially as an emergency on 27/12 as my mums central heating boiler had stopped working. Arrived within the hour and tried to sort the problem. It needed a spare part which was ordered. Tried again to sort the problem on the Sunday but the age and condition of the boiler made further repair impossible. He didn???t charge for the spare part or the 2hrs spent trying to fix the boiler. We decided to go for a new boiler, he provided 4 quotes for various boiler options. Agreed on a price. Boiler delivered on 29th. Fitted on 31st and finished the job off on 1/1/26. Excellent service, really clean installation. Very polite and pleasant engineers. Would definitely use again.

I'd suggest anyone to call him related to any plumbing related issues and they wouldn't be disappointed.    Professional repair carried out, fault was investigated and found quickly. Engineer pointed out the fault and explained exactly what had happened. He then gave a breakdown of repair costs and arranged collection of parts. Attended the following day and installed a new PCB and tested . All in all very happy with service provided.
