Ian is helpful and reliable. We've switched to using UK Gas Services NE for all of our plumbing. They are organised and flexible, allowing you to book online, in-person at their showroom, or over the phone. They turn up when they're supposed to and send reminders via text and email to keep you updated. Ian has solved a couple of leaks, serviced our boiler, and carried out a partial bathroom replacement for us.
