From the outset the service was brilliant. Great communication from booking the appointment to arrival and follow up. Fitted a new hob and fixed and servced our boiler. We received a recommendation. We will definitely use the company again and have recommended to friends.

Ian is helpful and reliable. We've switched to using UK Gas Services NE for all of our plumbing. They are organised and flexible, allowing you to book online, in-person at their showroom, or over the phone. They turn up when they're supposed to and send reminders via text and email to keep you updated. Ian has solved a couple of leaks, serviced our boiler, and carried out a partial bathroom replacement for us.

First time using UK Gas Services, I'm very impressed! I was kept informed at each stage and reminded about the appointment date and time. On the day, Ian arrived on time having told me he was 10min away. The service was carried out in a clean and efficient manner at a reasonable charge. The service report and invoice were later emailed to me. Thanks Ian and team.

I had a new boiler installed by UK Gas Services NE Ltd last year, and I couldn???t be happier with their service. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the installation to a high standard. They took the time to explain everything and ensured the area was left clean and tidy. The boiler has been working flawlessly since then, and I???m very pleased with the overall quality of their work. Highly recommend UK Gas Services NE Ltd for anyone in need of reliable and skilled heating engineers.
