Amazing experience! Recently, Prakash replaced a bath tap, and also swiftly identified the cause of a ceiling leak and fixed it promptly. In the past, Prakash has installed a brand new boiler for us. Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and responsive throughout, and Prakash took the time to answer a number of detailed questions before the installation which gave me confidence in the specification and approach. The installation itself went very smoothly and was completed exactly as planned. The tenants who were in the flat on the day commented on how professional, tidy and efficient the engineers were, which is always reassuring when you???re organising work remotely. Very happy with the overall service and the quality of the installation. I would definitely use Metro Plumbing & Heating again and would happily recommend them.

We recently had an issue with our boiler ??? no hot water at all. We called Prakash from Metro Plumbing and Heating, and he came over first thing in the morning. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he was also professional, well-presented, and knowledgeable.
