Highly recommend! Great communication from the beginning. Called at midnight and received fast, professional service. Thanks to Prakash we were able to have a shower in the end as he smoothly unblocked our pipe.

Amazing experience! Recently, Prakash replaced a bath tap, and also swiftly identified the cause of a ceiling leak and fixed it promptly. In the past, Prakash has installed a brand new boiler for us. He is the most reliable, honest and competent plumber you can find for any job, big or small. Highly recommended

A big thank you to Prakash for sorting out our boiler issues so quickly and professionally. Our usual plumber had stopped responding, and we were left with no hot water or heating, which was stressful to deal with. Prakash came through without delay, diagnosed the issue confidently, and arranged for the part to be ordered and replaced promptly. From start to finish, he was polite, respectful, and easy to deal with just someone you can trust to get the job done properly. He worked efficiently, explained things clearly, and his pricing was very fair, especially considering the situation we were in. It???s rare to come across someone who is both skilled and genuinely professional in how they carry themselves. Really appreciate the help we???ll definitely be using Metro Plumbing again in the future. Thanks again, Prakash!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and responsive throughout, and Prakash took the time to answer a number of detailed questions before the installation which gave me confidence in the specification and approach. The installation itself went very smoothly and was completed exactly as planned. The tenants who were in the flat on the day commented on how professional, tidy and efficient the engineers were, which is always reassuring when you???re organising work remotely. Very happy with the overall service and the quality of the installation. I would definitely use Metro Plumbing & Heating again and would happily recommend them.

We recently had an issue with our boiler ??? no hot water at all. We called Prakash from Metro Plumbing and Heating, and he came over first thing in the morning. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he was also professional, well-presented, and knowledgeable. Prakash even took the time to walk us through some basic troubleshooting steps so we could handle minor issues ourselves in the future. We really appreciate his prompt response and excellent service. Highly recommend Prakash and the team at Metro Plumbing and Heating
