Great service! Had an issue with my boiler on move in day and they were round within a few hours of me reporting the issue. Super easy fix and were both really helpful with informing me on how to work everything!

Our boiler packed up and we had to turn off our water in the middle of this heatwave. Rapid Heating & Plumbing came straight round to diagnose and provide a quote within an hour. The next morning a new glowworm boiler was being installed and they worked through the heat to make sure everything was working for us that afternoon. Very honest, friendly and hard working, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

I recently had a Glow-worm boiler installed and couldn???t be happier with the service. The engineer was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to clearly walk me through how everything works, explained the controls in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident using the new system before he left. What really stood out was how helpful he was with the paperwork ??? he patiently guided me through all the forms and made sure everything was completed correctly. The installation itself was neat and efficient, and the area was left spotless afterwards. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering a new boiler installation.
