   Our boiler packed up and we had to turn off our water in the middle of this heatwave. Rapid Heating & Plumbing came straight round to diagnose and provide a quote within an hour. The next morning a new glowworm boiler was being installed and they worked through the heat to make sure everything was working for us that afternoon.    I recently had a Glow-worm boiler installed and couldn???t be happier with the service. The engineer was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to clearly walk me through how everything works, explained the controls in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt confident using the new system before he left. What really stood out was how helpful he was with the paperwork ??? he patiently guided me through all the forms and made sure everything was completed correctly.
