Benedict was prompt and quickly diagnosed and fixed our leaky toilet - without having to cut open the concealed cistern. He communicated well and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

Came recommended by a neighbour and I'll absolutely be doing the same in future. Really professional and thorough - I had a few jobs in the kitchen and bathroom and Benedict saw to them all quickly and talked me through what he was doing. Really friendly and perfect communication throughout to organise the appointment - thank you Benedict

Benedict arrived on his bike on time and installed two new radiators, as well as giving me really useful information about energy supplies. He is friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Benedict fixed various plumbing issues in house. Was super clear about costs & time. Great communication, punctual and friendly. I would definitely recommend his work.
