Benedict was prompt and quickly diagnosed and fixed our leaky toilet - without having to cut open the concealed cistern. He communicated well and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

Came recommended by a neighbour and I'll absolutely be doing the same in future. Really professional and thorough - I had a few jobs in the kitchen and bathroom and Benedict saw to them all quickly and talked me through what he was doing. Really friendly and perfect communication throughout to organise the appointment - thank you Benedict

Benedict arrived on his bike on time and installed two new radiators, as well as giving me really useful information about energy supplies. He is friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Benedict is a life saver! Was able to diagnose problem and sorted the leak in my bath and the dripping taps and radiator, all done very efficiently and neatly, really supportive communication, and friendly and trustworthy to have around. I would recommend him 100% to anyone. Very grateful customer :)
