My key snapped and became lodged inside the keyhole. Lucian arrived within 30 mins and completed the job in less than a minute. As an added bonus, he also fixed my gate, which had stopped closing properly because the wood had expanded after the rain. He carried out this extra work at no additional charge and gave me some tips on how to look after it. I would highly recommend Lucian. He was prompt, efficient, professional, and provided excellent service.
