My key snapped and became lodged inside the keyhole. Lucian arrived within 30 mins and completed the job in less than a minute. As an added bonus, he also fixed my gate, which had stopped closing properly because the wood had expanded after the rain. He carried out this extra work at no additional charge and gave me some tips on how to look after it. I would highly recommend Lucian. He was prompt, efficient, professional, and provided excellent service.

Absolute Outstanding Service!! Lucian was fantastic from start to finish. His communication was clear and honest, and the price quoted was exactly what I paid even though the job became more complex. He went above and beyond by realigning my main entrance door at no extra cost, and his workmanship was neat, professional, and full of pride.
