   Popped in to get some advice on Saturday 14/03/26 at around 2pm. The guy serving was unhelpful, rude and made me feel like he had no intrest in my custom, as he didnt even look at me whilst I was trying to talk to him. Would give 0 stars if i could.

   They DAMAGE my new shoes. I just want to attach extra soles to protect my shoes before I wear them. Firstly SLOW. It takes them 6 days to do that. Secondly UNPROFESSIONAL. They cut the rubber sole wrong and miss a corner comparing to my shoes size. Rather than cutting a new one, they attached the missing corner rubber sole to my shoe. Thirdly ARROGANT. After I point out there is a missing corner of rubber sole, they don???t discuss how they can fix it and whether I can accept it. They just say they can fix and directly ground the missing corner together with my shoes sole off to make a ???smooth??? connection. Last but not least, they SCRATCH my new shoes. The sides of my shoes are all scratched. Tell me why Timpson are more expensive and how dare you can ask me whether I am happy for my shoes. Overall DON???T repair your shoes in Timpson, except you accept them damage your shoes in a new way.
