My toilet stopped working on Friday. Having no regular plumber I picked Oxley Plumbing from a Google search. I struck lucky. Mike came around on Saturday and it was fixed in a couple of hours. Good value, prompt, polite service. Will definitely use Oxley Plumbing again and recommend to friends.

Mike came to repair a leaking pipe from the boiler he was punctual knowledgeable and friendly and very reasonable on price will definitely be using him again

We contacted Oxley Plumbing for a boiler service and radiator changed over. Really quick response, availability and upfront about price (which was very reasonable). Mike was a really friendly, professional and helpful guy, explained everything clearly. After discovering a leak on our boiler. I messaged Oxley Plumbing and Heating in a panic, and they were brilliant from start to finish. Mike responded really quickly, arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the issue ??? a faulty part that needed replacing. The repair was done professionally, cleanly, and he even took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how to avoid similar problems in the future. Everything was back up and running perfectly, and the price was very fair ??? no hidden extras or inflated emergency call-out nonsense. Polite, tidy, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. If your boiler or heating lets you down, do yourself a favour and call Oxley Plumbing and Heating first. Mike sorted mine out fast and properly ???
