   After discovering a leak on our boiler. I messaged Oxley Plumbing and Heating in a panic, and they were brilliant from start to finish. Mike responded really quickly, arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the issue ??? a faulty part that needed replacing. The repair was done professionally, cleanly, and he even took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how to avoid similar problems in the future. Everything was back up and running perfectly, and the price was very fair ??? no hidden extras or inflated emergency call-out nonsense. Polite, tidy, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. If your boiler or heating lets you down, do yourself a favour and call Oxley Plumbing and Heating first. Mike sorted mine out fast and properly ???
