Following a water tank leak in my loft Fairford came out the same day to investigate and drain down the tank. They diagnosed that the tank would need to be changed. They dealt with the warranty claim for me and did a great job of fitting the replacement tank. can't recommend them highly enough :)

Fairford heating have been fantastic they have just done a commercial boiler for me and I???d highly recommend them, the owner Stuart came out straight away as there was no heating and booked in a appointment for his team to start, Lee one of the team was very professional and kept me informed on a day to day basis on progress, there was no issues whatsoever and I would definitely give them 10 out of 10 For workmanship and communication Paul tallis

I doubt I rate a company higher than I rate Fairford Heating. Had top notch service from everybody I???ve met and spoken to. Stuart (proprietor) is so personable and reassuring. He???s one of those old-fashioned no BS kind of guys, telling it as it is with no surprises when the invoice arrives. Punctual, tidy and efficient workforce throughout. And those in the office are just a pleasure to speak to. Many many thanks for being there when I???ve needed you.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company - unlike my previous experience with Curtis & Carder (who have gone dramatically downhill in the last few years) they were polite, prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. For a breakdown just before Christmas (and a new customer) they were out on the same day and resolved the problem on the first visit. Thank you very much guys. I understand you treat your staff really well too, which shows.
