   Following a water tank leak in my loft Fairford came out the same day to investigate and drain down the tank. They diagnosed that the tank would need to be changed. They dealt with the warranty claim for me and did a great job of fitting the replacement tank. can't recommend them highly enough :)

He???s one of those old-fashioned no BS kind of guys, telling it as it is with no surprises when the invoice arrives. Punctual, tidy and efficient workforce throughout.    It was a pleasure to do business with this company - unlike my previous experience with Curtis & Carder (who have gone dramatically downhill in the last few years) they were polite, prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. For a breakdown just before Christmas (and a new customer) they were out on the same day and resolved the problem on the first visit. Thank you very much guys.
