I popped into the branch in Derby, it's the most helpful branch I've been too! All superb and a very friendly and welcoming team - Andy, Sam and Daniel. They have a wide range of products in the branch as well as the show room, it's all very well presented and organised. Will be visiting again.

Andy was top man!. Came in as he was locking the front door. Explained to what happened and what i needed. Re opened for me and gave me the exact part i required. Above and beyond. Great service. Highly recommend. Thanks Andy!

Had a very helpful and hassle free experience returning a product to City Plumbing. Have had good communication and a great customer service experience from them. Would definitely recommend this branch and company for plumbing parts and supplies ????

These guys are so helpful - they were really friendly & helped me no end with a recent bathroom project. Wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Andrew Mosley, the branch manager, went out of his way to ensure I had all the correct parts I needed. They are not patronising at all (which sometimes these places can be to women) they just listened & then helped. We had a laugh too! Five stars! ??????
