Having limited plumbing/heating knowledge myself & my boiler needing replacing urgently .it was great to go in and meet the branch manager himself Andrew Mosley who took his time to explain my options in regards to a replacement & the various filters & controls I could choose from .from the offset you could tell he was highly experienced after many years in the industry & passionate about the products .andrew is an absolute credit to the company .i visited twice before making a decision & he was super patient with the wife & i.everything was in stock & was delivered as promised the following day & we now have the system up and running & are super pleased with our boiler ,controls & various filters .much appreciated shelley & mike ??????????????????????????????????????????????

I popped into the branch in Derby, it's the most helpful branch I've been too! All superb and a very friendly and welcoming team - Andy, Sam and Daniel. They have a wide range of products in the branch as well as the show room, it's all very well presented and organised. Will be visiting again.

Had a very helpful and hassle free experience returning a product to City Plumbing. Have had good communication and a great customer service experience from them. Would definitely recommend this branch and company for plumbing parts and supplies ????

These guys are so helpful - they were really friendly & helped me no end with a recent bathroom project. Wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Andrew Mosley, the branch manager, went out of his way to ensure I had all the correct parts I needed. They are not patronising at all (which sometimes these places can be to women) they just listened & then helped. We had a laugh too! Five stars! ??????
