I called for assistance but was not expecting a quick response as I had hot water but no heating. To my surprise I received a call to say an engineer was available (Gus). When Gus arrived he was polite and affable, he explained to me why the heating was not working, showing me the valve that had moved. He also undertook a thorough annual boiler serviceat my request and talked me through all the elements of his checklist. Great service and I would certainly recommend this company.

Top notch service. New boiler fitted quickly and efficiently by friendly and professional guy. My gas fire was serviced at the same time. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work carried out. Will definitely use again.

Had hot water issues on a Sunday. Called and engineer Gus was here within 45minutes. Gus was friendly, polite, thorough and got everything working and explained everything. Really top guy. Fantastic service from call to finish. Thank you

Had my boiler serviced yesterday and I'm very happy and impressed with the work. The engineer was very thorough and took the time to talk me through the boiler (it's my first house) which was a lovely touch. All round the service by Rene has been great and I will definitely use them again.

Toilet was not flushing and system was over filling. Rene plumbing came out very quickly and ordered the new parts promptly to fix the problem. I was so impressed I used them a second time to install a heating thermostat, again this was done very quickly and they took all the time needed to walk me through using the device and answered all my questions. As a result my heating bill has come down. They are polite, courteous and very tidy. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
