   I called for assistance but was not expecting a quick response as I had hot water but no heating. To my surprise I received a call to say an engineer was available (Gus). When Gus arrived he was polite and affable, he explained to me why the heating was not working, showing me the valve that had moved. He also undertook a thorough annual boiler serviceat my request and talked me through all the elements of his checklist. Great service and I would certainly recommend this company.

   Toilet was not flushing and system was over filling. Rene plumbing came out very quickly and ordered the new parts promptly to fix the problem. I was so impressed I used them a second time to install a heating thermostat, again this was done very quickly and they took all the time needed to walk me through using the device and answered all my questions. As a result my heating bill has come down. They are polite, courteous and very tidy. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
