I contacted Onyx on Sunday evening after my boiler failed, leaving me and my daughter without hot water. They responded the same evening and booked me in for Monday. The engineer quickly identified a faulty pump, sourced the replacement part, and returned the following day to fit it. The whole process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Excellent service from start to finish ??? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Onyx.

I have used Onyx Solutions on several occasions as I have an old boiler system which can prove problematic. I have always gone through the operations director, Craig, who is always extremely helpful and communicative and ensures engineers are sent out quickly. The engineers I have encountered have been punctual, polite and a pleasure to have in my home and their work has always been of a very high standard. Being an old boiler system there has been times where a part is not stocked by the engineer but they get the part in and return to fit in no time at all. All-in-all a brilliant service is provided by Onyx Solutions and I would not use anybody else. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

I wanted to drop the office manager a quick note to express my thanks and gratitude to ONYX solutions for the professionalism and courtesy shown by everyone at the company with whom I came into contact with regarding my emergency plumbing issue. I know everyone???s issue is their priority and I thank you for treating my issue as important and for resolving the issue for me and to fix my issue with my leaking pipes. My insurance organised the fix of radiator and boiler problems via Onyx and I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their work, especially Dan their plumber, who I found to be very sincere and pleasant on the two occasions he visited. Also, very good communication via their office regarding appointment times. Recommended.
