The engineer quickly identified a faulty pump, sourced the replacement part, and returned the following day to fit it. The whole process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Excellent service from start to finish ??? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Onyx.

   I have used Onyx Solutions on several occasions as I have an old boiler system which can prove problematic. I have always gone through the operations director, Craig, who is always extremely helpful and communicative and ensures engineers are sent out quickly. The engineers I have encountered have been punctual, polite and a pleasure to have in my home and their work has always been of a very high standard. Being an old boiler system there has been times where a part is not stocked by the engineer but they get the part in and return to fit in no time at all. All-in-all a brilliant service is provided by Onyx Solutions and I would not use anybody else. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

   My insurance organised the fix of radiator and boiler problems via Onyx and I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their work, especially Dan their plumber, who I found to be very sincere and pleasant on the two occasions he visited. Also, very good communication via their office regarding appointment times. Recommended.
