We had Rockwater replace our boiler after experiencing several issues with a previous plumbing company. They did a great job???professional, reliable, and they arrived exactly when they said they would, which was a refreshing change. We're very pleased with the service and outcome.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Deals with my commercial grade boiler and plant room for large premises - always been a first class service, pleasant reminders for service and keeps me up to date with any works. Lovely chap and easily recommend him.

I have used Rockwater???s services for many years now. Can???t fault it and they have never let me down. Efficient , honest and friendly. always going that extra mile if you need help.

Very good good service with this company since having my business I???ve always used Rockwater and will never use anyone else friendly very knowledgeable can always ring if any problems and honest thanks again Duncan

First point of contact, the office; I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and polite Naomi, who gave great advice and guided me through the booking and payment procedures, availability of the engineer etc. The engineer; Duncan, arrived on site early and got straight to work after a polite and professional introduction. Initially the job was to service and inspect a hot air, gas fuelled heating system. The system was also working intermittently, which Duncan had working correctly in a very short time???.. please bear in mind, he was just here to do a service. So he actually went above and beyond and has our grateful thanks. He gave great advice on how to look after our system, also about safety warning devices and where to site them etc. We have on site, a mix of commercial and domestic installations, different branded boilers and various bits and pieces. Duncan was 100% knowledgeable on every bit of kit we have and is certified on each system???.. a one stop shop guy, so good as we can just have one company in to do it all. I cannot recommend this company enough, I can???t see us using anyone else after his visit. Sincere thanks from us to ROCKWATER PROPERTY LTD.
