   First point of contact, the office; I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and polite Naomi, who gave great advice and guided me through the booking and payment procedures, availability of the engineer etc. The engineer; Duncan, arrived on site early and got straight to work after a polite and professional introduction. Initially the job was to service and inspect a hot air, gas fuelled heating system. The system was also working intermittently, which Duncan had working correctly in a very short time???.. please bear in mind, he was just here to do a service. So he actually went above and beyond and has our grateful thanks. He gave great advice on how to look after our system, also about safety warning devices and where to site them etc. We have on site, a mix of commercial and domestic installations, different branded boilers and various bits and pieces. Duncan was 100% knowledgeable on every bit of kit we have and is certified on each system???.. a one stop shop guy, so good as we can just have one company in to do it all. I cannot recommend this company enough, I can???t see us using anyone else after his visit. Sincere thanks from us to ROCKWATER PROPERTY LTD.
