Steve was absolutely brilliant! Came home from holiday to find our heating no longer working on a Friday night of all times! Steve diligently investigated until he found the main issue and sorted out other minor issues as he went. We were so impressed that we???ll be going ahead with getting a Hive smart thermostat installed in the new year! ??????????????????????????????

Steve came out within 24 hours of being alerted to the fact we had no heating. He took time to listen to what issues we had had and then meticulously took the boiler apart, explaining what he had found as he went along. Pleasant and friendly, he also carried out a boiler service there and then and obtained a new part all within the space of a day. By 4pm that very same day, the heating was working again. Excellent service, thank you.

Steve came out on a Sunday having rung only the day before to fix our boiler which suddenly stopped working. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Generous with his time and tips. Sorted a few radiators not working as well. Highly recommend and we will use him for all future needs.

Steve has recently assisted us with an urgent boiler issue which needed to be resolved alongside a boiler service for a business client. The first good thing - he answered the phone...but from the outset was professional and personable, listened to the specifics of what we needed and was able to accommodate all within 24 hours of our initial conversation. The follow up contact has also been excellent in terms of detailing what had been done at the property. Great job and would be happy to recommend based on the service we received.

I called Steve when my boiler stopped working. He was quick to respond and came when he said he would. He quickly repaired the fault and gave the boiler a full service. He was meticulous about everything he did and explained everything to me. Great service and a very good price. I will definitely use Steve again!
