   Steve came out within 24 hours of being alerted to the fact we had no heating. He took time to listen to what issues we had had and then meticulously took the boiler apart, explaining what he had found as he went along. Pleasant and friendly, he also carried out a boiler service there and then and obtained a new part all within the space of a day. By 4pm that very same day, the heating was working again.    Steve has recently assisted us with an urgent boiler issue which needed to be resolved alongside a boiler service for a business client.
