He always arrives on time, does a professional job, is friendly, clears up any mess before leaving and doesn't overcharge When my old boiler was reaching the end of its life I didn't hesitate in asking Tom for his advice about a replacement. He gave me 2 options. He removed the old boiler and fitted a new Ideal boiler with a 12 year guarantee. He did a really neat and professional job and even vacuumed my garage floor before he left!. I would never use anyone else.
