Having known Tom for long time, I have consistently held his work in high regard. He recently completed the installation of a new boiler and radiator system for me, and the experience was exceptional. The installation was executed promptly, professionally, and without any residual mess. For those seeking a dependable, skilled, and trustworthy heating engineer, I highly recommend his services.

Tom was fantastic. He fitted me in with a new boiler at very short notice. He was extremely polite and tidy, and took the time to explain everything at the end. I would highly recommend him.

I have been using Tom for nearly 15 years for all my boiler servicing needs and I cannot fault him. He always arrives on time, does a professional job, is friendly, clears up any mess before leaving and doesn't overcharge When my old boiler was reaching the end of its life I didn't hesitate in asking Tom for his advice about a replacement. He gave me 2 options. He removed the old boiler and fitted a new Ideal boiler with a 12 year guarantee. He did a really neat and professional job and even vacuumed my garage floor before he left!. I would never use anyone else.
