Great experience with our recent air conditioning installation in our Cafe, Yorkshire Crust. Sam was very tidy with the installation also well priced. Very impressed would recommend.

Sam Thompson was recommended by our trusted builder Homelandbuild Ltd to install in our extension a walk in shower, comfort height toilet, Worcester Greenstar 8000+ Combi boiler and replace a stop tap. He is a serious and conscientious youngman who takes pride in his work. Sam was always punctual and hard working. We would highly recommend Sam and will definitely ask him to service the boiler and do any further plumbing work we may need. Lynn Blackwood 22/05/2026

I???ve been using Mark and his team for over seven years, and they???ve consistently delivered outstanding service on every job. Over the years they???ve carried out a range of work for me, including a full boiler installation, fitting a new expansion vessel, a complete system clean using the Magnacleanse, and regular annual servicing. From the first point of contact through to the final appointment, everything has always been handled exceptionally well. Mark explains each stage of the work clearly, so I always know exactly what???s being done and why. Every plumber I???ve met from his team has been polite, punctual, and highly professional. They work to a very high standard and always leave the workspace clean, tidy, and safe. If you???re looking for reliable plumbing services ??? whether it???s a small repair or a larger installation ??? I would highly recommend Mark and his team. I???ve been a happy customer from day one, and I???ll continue to use their services for years to come.

We had an emergency plumbing issue at home while I was alone with my baby, and the response was incredible from start to finish. The plumber arrived quickly, was calm, professional, and very understanding of the stress we were under. He explained everything clearly, fixed the problem efficiently, and made sure everything was safe before leaving. It was such a relief to have someone reliable and respectful during a difficult situation. I???m extremely grateful for the fast service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an emergency plumber.

Mark Thompson Ltd were absolutely amazing. I had full central heating installed with removal of the exisiting hot water tank and electric radiators. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgable friendly and pleasant. Mark who did the initial visit and quote was professional and friendly and got me the quote in great time. Sam who booked it and was then main contact was always available for questions, approachable and flexible to making changes in the plan and discussing options. Both fitters Rio and Harry were brilliant. They were polite and courtious, very respectful of the house, they cleaned as they went and always left the rooms in a safe and tidy way. They handled the extra difficult of having to work around indoor cats good naturely. What could have been a very stressful time was made easy by all the lads - very happy with how fast they worked and that full explanations and guidance were given every step of the way. I will be using them again and would definately recommend them.
