   We had an emergency plumbing issue at home while I was alone with my baby, and the response was incredible from start to finish. The plumber arrived quickly, was calm, professional, and very understanding of the stress we were under.    Mark Thompson Ltd were absolutely amazing. I had full central heating installed with removal of the exisiting hot water tank and electric radiators. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgable friendly and pleasant. Mark who did the initial visit and quote was professional and friendly and got me the quote in great time. Sam who booked it and was then main contact was always available for questions, approachable and flexible to making changes in the plan and discussing options. Both fitters Rio and Harry were brilliant. They were polite and courtious, very respectful of the house, they cleaned as they went and always left the rooms in a safe and tidy way. They handled the extra difficult of having to work around indoor cats good naturely. What could have been a very stressful time was made easy by all the lads - very happy with how fast they worked and that full explanations and guidance were given every step of the way. I will be using them again and would definately recommend them.
