We (Adrian Dingle and Ros Furlonger) used Phil Lauder Ltd with the guidance of the manufacturers, Trianco Boilers Ltd, as we had no experience of electric boilers. Phil was on the job within a couple of days and accurately diagnosed that a repair could be achieved (even though it had been suggested by other engineers that the whole boiler should be replaced). The new part was fitted and het presto all worked perfectly. I whole heartedly recommend Phil Lauder for efficiency, accuracy and extremely competitive pricing. I will undoubtedly use him again.
