We (Adrian Dingle and Ros Furlonger) used Phil Lauder Ltd with the guidance of the manufacturers, Trianco Boilers Ltd, as we had no experience of electric boilers. Phil was on the job within a couple of days and accurately diagnosed that a repair could be achieved (even though it had been suggested by other engineers that the whole boiler should be replaced). The new part was fitted and het presto all worked perfectly. I whole heartedly recommend Phil Lauder for efficiency, accuracy and extremely competitive pricing. I will undoubtedly use him again.

Phil is reliable, very knowledgeable and personable. I have used him for several years and will continue to do so. He does an excellent job and will do his best to keep your boiler operating efficiently long after others have given up. Highly recommended.

Phil is such a nice guy and a great plumber. He arrived on time, was well presented and super friendly then fixed our boiler without a problem. We also used him for a follow up service.
