On time. Everything explained. All clean and tidy upon completion. I would use this firm again. I had a boiler breakdown in December 2025. Westex were at my house within an hour of my call and the boiler was running normally half an hour after that. Fantastic service especially as it was the busiest month of the year. I have no hesitation in recommending Westex. Heating Ltd.

Couldn???t recommend them enough. We used Westex to fix what another company had done previously, then used them again to rip out our back boiler and install a combi boiler. Paul was very friendly, gave great advice and completed all the work to a high standard. Thanks again.

Westex Heating are a fantastic reliable company with all the engineers being very helpful and knowledgeable. They have been coming to Wilton carpets for over 30 years and been doing our annual boiler service/testing for insurance inspections, all the factory heating/breakdowns/installs all at a very high standard and would highly recommend the company.

As a maintenance technician at a busy port, I have used the services of Westex for many years now. From servicing and repairs to full install they have never let me down and I have always managed to talk to someone,even out of hours during evenings and weekends. Their engineers have a vast knowledge of our systems which are a variety of oil,gas and lpg fired boilers and space heaters both commercial and domestic. I would recommend this business and their staff.
