   On time. Everything explained. All clean and tidy upon completion. I would use this firm again. I had a boiler breakdown in December 2025. Westex were at my house within an hour of my call and the boiler was running normally half an hour after that. Fantastic service especially as it was the busiest month of the year. From servicing and repairs to full install they have never let me down and I have always managed to talk to someone,even out of hours during evenings and weekends. Their engineers have a vast knowledge of our systems which are a variety of oil,gas and lpg fired boilers and space heaters both commercial and domestic.
