My problem was a saturated wall cause unknown. Sam came to look at the roof straightaway on Saturday and was able to start work Monday to overhaul part of the tiled roof. He noticed when up top that a flat roof at ridge height was in very poor condition being 35 years old. A price was agreed and he went on to get this replaced without delay improving the insulation in doing so. The team were polite and hard-working carrying on into the evening under lights to avoid rain due the next day. I was pleased with Sam’s determination to do a good quality job and the way he returned immediately to repair a gutter joint that had sprung during the work. My only reservation was the way old roof debris from 30ft up were returned to the ground for disposal and I would suggest that a safe method is agreed at the start of work.
