I had a leaking flat roof over my lounge. I decided to contact Kempton Installation Systems to enquire about repairs. The whole process from first phone call to job completion was first class , professional and speedy. Ben visited me the next day and I had a quotation the following morning. I found contacting them and arranging a suitable date for repair easy and stress free (thanks Laura and Kelly) As for the repair itself Neal, Pete and Alex were superb, they kept me informed throughout and were totally professional, punctual and really nice guys. The price was as quoted . I would have no hesitation in using Kempton again if the need arises and would definately recommend.

Excellent company from start to finish. Kempton responded promptly to my original request for a quote, and Ben gave very helpful advice and clear explanations when he came out to assess the work. Communication was excellent throughout, with Laura and Kelly always responding in a timely, helpful and professional way. We had some major roofing projects completed. The teams involved — Phil and Theo, and Neil, Peter and Alex — were all very professional, considerate, courteous and clearly took pride in their work. We always felt the projects were in good hands. The quality of the work is outstanding, and they went above and beyond in many small ways. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending Kempton.

Ben has been fantastic to deal with. He was reliable, punctual, and kept us fully updated before arriving, which was greatly appreciated. He took the time to assess the issue properly and even went the extra mile by carrying out a temporary repair at no charge while he prepares a bespoke solution for our roof lantern. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and customer-focused. We’ve been really impressed with his professionalism, communication, and willingness to help. We’re looking forward to seeing the final solution and, as a result of our experience so far, have already asked him to quote for additional work. Highly recommended.

Recently had a complete reroof done, we are really impressed by the outcome, it looks amazing. We would like to thank Dom and Josh for all the hard work you put in to it and they are 2 of the friendliest guys you can come across. Would also like to thank Ben, Laura and Kelly who kept me informed on skips, scaffolding and progress etc, we have also recieved company and insurance guarantees. Everyone keeps commenting on our roof and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kempton to anyone in the future. Many thanks Kerry

I can't thank the Kempton team enough for their quick response to my enquiry, friendly comms and getting the work booked in. Matt and Rob were kind, professional and did a great job on the repairs. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they had been. I was impressed with the quote too. I highly recommend Kempton Installation Systems
