Dan responded to my call really quickly. After a visit to give me a quote, the work was completed the next day! The team were fantastic and did a great job of tidying up too!! Would highly recommend them.

May 2026 - came to replace missing ridge tiles on roof, repointing, cleared gullies and gutters. Excellent job done, very professional service, cleaned up after themselves. Hoping to get them back for a different job. Would definitely use again.

Leaking gutter joint. Needed the joint resealing. Came out to quote. Knew we were pushed for time and money. Quoted £600. Gutted tbh. We had no option/time to look elsewhere. Told we need the whole side guttering changing and lowered. Shocked at how much needed doing when the guttering was only 7 years old and it was just the joint had a gap. We pointed out where the issue was but he seemed to think it was further along. After the job was done we asked what was done and was told it was the brackets that got changed. After our old guttering was thrown into our front garden, it was then put back up again. £600 for new brackets. When questioned on why so high and it's not even new guttering (after we were told it's because uPVC didn't wear well), he became very defensive. We were told it was for the quote and for the two guys to do the job. Reluctantly giving this review after how our question of the cost was received. Just wish we had had the time to shop around. We feel the cost was extortionate for what was actually done. Didn't appreciate the attitude or the text received from the company later in the day either. We have every right to ask a question about job if we feel what we were told needed doing and what was done didn't match the cost quoted. 1 star because so far the leak has gone but that's expected for that price I guess. Added after response* - owner hasn't read our review properly. Thank you to the owner for also confirming that it was just a drip. Nowhere did we state that half our house was falling down. Our point was that we had a leak at one joint but the repair felt overzealous which has just been proven. Also that lady wasn't my mother in law and nor did she complain. She only asked what was done which the owner (of the business) became defensive about. We don't lie and leaving honest feedback about our experience is exactly what you're supposed to do.
