Great service from start to finish, most competitive of 4 quotes. Originally booked for September in March but ended up wanting it done sooner and Lee managed to fit us in a lot sooner. Work started first thing Monday morning and finished up Friday afternoon, the lads were there prompt every day and worked efficiently to get the job done in good time! Lee left the area very tidy and did a beautiful job with the new roof, would highly recommend North Lakes Roofing Services.

Lee & his team are highly professional, they informed us on everything at every stage. From quote to completion. Workmanship was of a very high standard. Always left the property clean & tidy. Would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks again to both of you. Top job 10/10

North Lakes Roofing have provided us with a professional service from quotation stage, in which Lee provided us with all his necessary accredition certificates, to final completion of our roof replacement. His communication has been brilliant, and works have been smooth and well organised throughout. The team are professional, polite, hard working and approachable; we felt we were in safe hands, which is important when getting such major works carried out. The final bill also matched our quotation; we wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company.

Really happy with the work carried out. I had a really bad leak in my roof which was soaking the main beroom wall. Lee was very efficient coming out to inspect the issue, explaining what work was needed and how it would be fixed and have a garentee. His pricing was very reasonable and the organisation of the scaffold and commencing work was brilliant. I was sent photos of various stages of the work so I could see the issue and also what the repair looked like. Really happy with Lee and his team and would recommend them to anyone for being professional tradesmen who provide a friendly service and do the job to a top class standard.

We asked North Lakes Roofing Services for a quote to replace our main roof, porch roof, and two old Velux windows. Lee provided a detailed and competitive quotation, which we were happy to accept. Although there was a short wait before work began, it was absolutely worth it. The scaffolding went up on time, and Lee and Warren started promptly. They even oversaw the reinstallation of our solar panels. The new roof and Velux windows look fantastic! The team was punctual, professional, and worked tirelessly each day. Lee clearly has a great support team around him — from reliable scaffolding and skip hire companies to skilled workers — which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The job was completed ahead of schedule thanks to good weather, and the final bill matched the original quote. We would have no hesitation in recommending North Lakes for their excellent workmanship, reliability. Thanks guys.
