Excellent service from start to finish. Des listened to what I wanted and offered me options. I chose the robust aluminium ladder which has 8cm treads, handrails each side up to the top of the ladder and is very sturdy. I can climb in and out of the loft confidently. Clear, prompt communication and questions answered without delay. Sensibly priced quote and able to do work within 10 days which gave me time to prepare. Chris and Gino completed the work to an excellent standard. Arrived promptly, friendly and courteous. Worked in very hot conditions with smiles on their faces. Very neat finish, tidied up after themselves. Loft and work area spotless. Showed me around loft area, how to use ladder and ensured I was completely happy with everything before they left. Thank you for doing a great job. A definite 10/10.

I recently had my loft boarded, a new ladder and LED light bar installed by Chris. Me and my wife couldn't be happier. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Chris was incredibly professional, punctual, and tidy, ensuring all work was completed to the highest standard. The transformation is brilliant, and we finally have the safe, accessible storage space we needed. Highly recommend!

Russell was brilliant! Polite and friendly. On time and finished the job promptly. Allowed me to inspect when finished. All work clearly complete to a high standard! Payment was really easy at the end. Phil was great when sorting the quote as well and it was priced very reasonably too. Overall a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!!

We recently had our loft boarded by Access4Lofts Chelmsford, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Chris and Gino introduced themselves when they arrived and were friendly, polite, and professional throughout. They did an excellent job boarding our loft, giving us a safe and secure storage space. They also enlarged our existing loft hatch, wired and fitted an LED light, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Our house is a bit wonky, but thanks to some bespoke fittings they made for the boards to sit on, we now have a perfectly level loft floor. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. There's very little left for us to do now apart from adding a bit of paint to the new loft hatch door and filling the space with storage. A little tip if you're lucky enough to have Chris and Gino working on your loft—they appreciate a nice fresh coffee at regular intervals, although they do come prepared with their own flasks! I would happily recommend Access4Lofts Chelmsford and, if we ever needed similar work in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. P.S. There were no hidden extra costs. We paid what was quoted.

Chris and Dan did a great job boarding our loft, and went above and beyond to help show us what we needed to do to solve some issues with poorly fitted extractor fan ducts. Also gave us a new loft ladder pole gratis. Much appreciated all round! Quick service from the company too - managed to book us in 2 weeks after quoting, which is great going. Would fully recommend Access4Lofts Chelmsford!
