Your service was better than expected. Punctual and professional . You replaced my cooker hood perfectly and the quality of your work exceeded my expectations. Not only is your name smart, but your work is smart too! ???? Thank you, Karol and thanks to your whole team for the excellent job. If I have another project in the future, I will definitely contact you again. Thanks again!

I had Karol carry out an EICR on my rental property, and I was really impressed with the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which I particularly appreciated as I live in New Zealand and was organising everything remotely. He kept me informed throughout the process, clearly explained the findings, and offered a practical, cost effective solution to resolve the only issue identified. The pricing was fair, the work was completed promptly, and the whole process was straightforward. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Smart Switch Electric and will definitely use them again in the future.

??????????????? Outstanding Service from Smart Switch Electric I recently used Smart Switch Electric for the installation of external sockets and additional electrical work at my property, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the initial quotation through to completion, Karol was professional, knowledgeable, and highly communicative. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and all work was completed to a very high standard with great attention to detail. The installation was carried out neatly, safely, and exactly as discussed. What impressed me most was Karol's honesty and fairness. When some additional work arose, he took the time to explain everything clearly, provided a transparent breakdown of costs, and even waived the labour charges for the extra works to reach a fair solution. That level of integrity and customer care is rare to find. The project was completed professionally, all certification was provided promptly, and the Building Regulations notification was arranged without any hassle. I would highly recommend Smart Switch Electric to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality electrical services. Excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Karol!

I am extremely happy with the electrical work carried out. Everything was completed very quickly, professionally, and to a very high standard. The workmanship was excellent throughout, and the house was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day. All questions were answered clearly and in great detail, which showed how knowledgeable and experienced he is. It was very reassuring to have someone who takes such pride in their work and has such high standards. Reliable, professional, hardworking, and honest ??? I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled electrician.

Karol has been brilliant throughout the process. The quote was quite reasonable with valuable advice how to get the job done in a cost effective, future-proof manner. On the installation day he showed up on time, very respectful of the property. He completed a very neat install with attention to details. He cleaned thoroughly afterwards. I would definitely hire him for any future projects.
