My upstairs lights decided not to work, which included a mazerater in the on suite toilet. Went to Google looked at reviews and decided to give Solid electrics a try. Went online and booked a call back from the website. Got a message giving me a possible date and time, as this was acceptable I agreed. Got an email to confirm and a call the day before as a reminder. On the day I had an email to say Shem was on his way and approximately 20 mins away. Shem then did a test on the wiring and found a likely cause. Unfortunately it was in an unaccessible part of my very full loft. So after I clean a space he'll be back to fix. In all an extremely efficient response by a friendly expert. Would recommend Shem to anyone.

From initial contact to completion of my Garage Power Project, Solid Electrics Limited were great. Shem was punctual, diligent and clearly new his stuff. A very neat, safe and efficient job and all at a very reasonable price. I have no reservations in recommending Shem and will definitely call Solid Electrics Ltd again when needed.

I recently had an EV charger installed by Solid Electric Limited, and I couldn???t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial enquiry to the final installation, Shem was professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different charger options available, helping me choose the best solution for my needs without any pressure. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. The electrician arrived on time, worked neatly, and ensured everything was set up perfectly before leaving. He also walked me through how to use the charger and answered all my questions clearly. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It???s clear Shem take pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the installation. I would highly recommend Solid Electric Limited to anyone looking for a reliable and professional EV charger installation service.

Shem replaced a consumer unit and provided a EICR report for me. From the start I could tell that his service was of a very high standard. He understood the requirements, provided a quote very quickly and undertook the work very efficiently. His communication at all times was exemplary. I would highly recommend.

I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!
