Kitchen sockets were down, so I contacted them around 10am and was told they would arrive between 11am and 1pm. Mohammad and his colleague arrived at around 12pm and were polite, professional and efficient throughout. They quickly identified the problem, kept me informed throughout the process and were completely transparent about how they were going to fix it. They had all the necessary spare parts with them, so everything was resolved by 1pm. I was extremely impressed with the quick response, excellent service and reasonable pricing. Special thank you to Mohammad and his colleague for their excellent work and professionalism. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any future electrical issues.

Aziz was excellent from start to finish. He responded quickly, was prompt, diagnosed the issue clearly, and kept us updated on the work needed and the costs involved. The problem was caused by a leak from the upstairs flat affecting our lights and sockets, and when the leak continued he was flexible, came back several times and worked diligently to restore the power safely. Strongly recommended.

Al-Amin Electrical have been excellent from start to finish. Aziz carried out the installation of my new fuse box and the rewiring of my kitchen, and his work was thorough, safe, and really well explained. He kept me updated throughout and made sure everything was done to a high standard. The rest of the team who came were just as polite, tidy, and professional, which made the whole experience stress???free. It???s rare to find a team who work this efficiently while still being friendly and respectful in your home. I???m really pleased with the result and would happily recommend Al-Amin Electrical to anyone in Stratford or across London.

We called Al-Amin and Aziz arrived within 90 mins and was able to fix the problem really quickly. Such a nice and professional guy and such a relief to get it all sorted so quickly. Would highly recommend.

My electricity went out unexpectedly on a Friday at around 3pm. I called Aziz, who immediately contacted Amin. He arrived promptly and resolved the issue within an hour and a half. Absolutely brilliant service and a real lifesaver, especially heading into a long weekend. I would highly recommend them.
