Very impressed with how quickly Luke attended. Professional and quick service. Happy with the reasonable charge. All in all would definitely use him again.

Luke was highly responsive and arrived quickly. He came fully equipped with all the necessary tools and had a range of locks to suit different needs. He completed the job efficiently. Luke was friendly, professional, and fair with his pricing. He also took the time to give me advice on maintaining my new locks, which I really appreciated. I???d definitely use Luke again and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.

Fantastic service from Luke???.sent an email on Friday morning asking if he could take a look at a failing handle mechanism on our front door - came out the same afternoon and advised us of the problem and what needed to be done to rectify. Gave a no quibble price for the work which would be guaranteed - and when we decided to go ahead he got on with it there and then. Extremely professional job and more than happy to have a chat and explain what he was doing. Once completed, we found that the very top outside corner of the door wasn???t as flush as we would like, so sent a text asking if he could come back and take a look next week???..but he popped straight back late on a Friday evening to sort it! Very happy with the work completed, and would recommend to anyone. If only all trade services were this good! Thanks Luke - job well done!

An amazing service from start to finish. Luke was quick to diagnose the issues with the doors and resolve them immediately. The price was very fair and Luke's advice allowed me to save some money, which was truly appreciated. Luke has a really personable and professional approach, with a geniune desire to help his customers and I would definitely recommend and use again.

Luke was called out as an emergency to fix our front door uPVC and handles, and I couldn???t be happier with the service. He arrived within an hour, clearly explained the costs upfront, and got straight to work. He replaced the handles and fitted a new lock efficiently and to a high standard. Luke was very professional and I???d highly recommend his services.
