Excellent service. Quickly fixed my back door, which had been sticking and wouldn???t lock properly. Work was carried out professionally and everything is working perfectly now. Friendly, reliable and I would happily recommend!

After locking my car keys in the boot on a Friday night, Lozz came out to help. He initially spent a considerable amount of time trying to pick the boot lock, but unfortunately the lock was heavily corroded and couldn???t be opened that way. Rather than giving up, he got creative and worked with the tools he had available to carefully cut through the backseat armrest and a metal plate behind it, allowing access to the boot and ultimately retrieving my keys. He spent around 3.5 hours on the job, far longer than most people would have, yet still only charged the originally agreed price, which he had already kindly discounted. Throughout the whole experience he was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping. He even offered me and my partner a lift home if we needed it. It was a pleasure meeting Lozz, and I will definitely be returning to him for a spare key in the future. Outstanding service, excellent value, and someone who truly goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Great service all around. Was willing to drive out and help me as soon as possible. Great price and will be getting my second key done with him as well. Couldn???t recommend more.

I can not recommend Loz enough!! Super efficient, friendly and professional. I have used him twice now - Firstly to sort out 2 new sets of keys for my VW Van & secondly to fit locks for a new property. Great communication and affordable. Thank-you so much!

Great service tonight, locked ourselves out the house. Found Arx Locksmith on Facebook and the boss man came out within 30 minutes. Door was opened quicker than it closed to let my wife and child in. I???m still in the dog house but thanks to Loz for his excellent service and good humour. Highly recommend.
