Wow! What an amazing guy! I called Shire Locks as my elderly neighbour was locked out of her house, due to a faulty lock on her front door. He arrived within an hour & reassured her that he would fix her door. I was so amazed how compassionate & considerate this guy was, he was very knowledgeable & clearly explained what was needed. In my experience, not many companies live up to their name, but this guy definately does. He is 'Professional, fast & reliable'! He is now on my emergency call out contacts & I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith who goes the extra mile! Thank you for a 1st class service!

I sent an email with photos to Bryan explaining the problem we were having with our door locking mechanism. Within 5 minutes I received a call from him, and within another 10 minutes he was at our door. 10 minutes later and he had our lock working again. He`s a nice guy, we actually spent more time chatting to him than the repair took. He`ll definitely be my first port of call if we need any further lock work doing. Thankyou Bryan.

I took my time trying to find a self employed local locksmith and thank god I did. As soon as I called Bryan was lovely, said he could fix my door no problem and could be at my house at my chosen time. He was friendly and kind. He went above and beyond just fixing my door, in offering advice and helping me secure my front door. I couldn't have asked for any more from him. I would now never use anyone else. Thank You

One of the Most polite , reliable & best Locksmith Business service I have ever worked with. If anybody out there needs their help with anything that they can provide then I suggest you only do work with them. They even have their own Business card so that if you have any family member outside of yourself who lives with you who needs to contact them then they can do that easily. Number 1 LocksSmith in the whole Grimsby Area In my Opinion ????????

Bryan came out to our door which wouldn???t lock, within about 1 minute he knew what was wrong, how to fix it and the cost. Literally the nicest guy, had the whole thing done in 20 minutes and gave excellent advice on replacing handles to make sure everything was fine for the future. Absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in a tight spot with a door or lock. Complete professional and lovely guy!
